Just a quick note that with Trinity comes decryptor changes:
Decryptor attributes below sorted on +ME (so best chance of high ME at top):| Amarr | Caldari | Gallente | Minmatar | Run Modifier |
Probability Multiplier |
ME Modifier |
PE Multiplier |
| Formation Layout | Tuning Instructions | Collision Measurements | Calibration Data | 0 | 1.1 | +3 | +3 |
| Classic Doctrine | Prototype Diagram | Test reports | Advanced Theories | +1 | 1.2 | +2 | +5 |
| Sacred Manifesto | User Manual | Engagement Plan | Operation Handbook | +2 | 1 | +1 | +4 |
| Circular Logic | Alignment chart | Symbiotic Figures | Circuitry Schematics | +9 | 0.6 | -2 | +1 |
| War Strategon | Installation Guide | Stolen Formulas | Assembly Instructions | +4 | 1.8 | -1 | +2 |
Information taken from the Trinity Database extract - can be seen here
But but but but ....... this doesn't add up
Right lets break it down.
Without using one of the above decryptors you will get a 1 run BPC with -4 ME and -4 PE, these are the default values with no decryptor.
So by adding in a Formation layout you will get a 1 run BPC with -1 ME & PE
With a 1 run BPC using a Circular Logic you will get a -6 ME -3 PE but will get a 9 run BPC.
With a max run BPC using a Circular Logic you will get a -6 ME -3 PE but will get a 10 run ship or 19 run module, drone or ammo BPC.
Please remember the above are examples only and you should use the decryptor which corresponds to the race you need.
