How to get to Constellation Sovereignty
Steps to get to Constellation Sovereignty are:
- Have a POS anchored, uncontested for 7 days - Sovereignty Level 1
- Hold onto Step 1 for another 14 days - Sovereignty Level 2
- Hold onto Step 2 for a further 14 days - Sovereignty Level 3
- Set an Outpost to Capital system and hold uncontested for a further 30 days - Required to get Sovereignty Level 4
- Hold sovereignty in the majority systems in the constellation - required for Constellation Sovereignty
- Control at least 3 Outposts in the constellation - Required for Constellation Sovereignty
So from start to end Constellation Sovereignty will take at least 7 + 14 + 14 + 30 = 65 days to complete.
